The recommended clear space around the Series One Board 65 to allow effective collaboration is a semicircle of radius 1.5m (60”) in front of the Board.

The Series One Board 65 can be used in 2 - 6 person huddle and collaboration spaces. The built-in audio and video features make it perfect for adding video conferencing to huddle and small-to-medium rooms and collaboration spaces.

The Board 65 camera has a wide 110 degree horizontal field of view and 75 degree vertical field of view, with a fixed 18 degree downtilt. The 12 megapixel camera provides PTZ (pan, tilt, zoom) effects digitally, so within this field of view, participants are framed clearly and automatically using powerful Google AI.

When using the Board 65 with a stand, in a meeting room setup, seated participants should be at least 1.5m (5') back from the board. Note that coverage should be checked for different board mounting heights.
The Board 65 can be wall mounted which is very effective in maximizing space in rooms where the board has a dedicated location.
Key Hints
Be sure to consider mounting height, especially when using the built in camera. Coverage for seated users tends to work best with the bottom of the board at 1m (3’ 3”) from the floor level. But you may also want to consider height of the screen for touch screen accessibility.
In addition to wall mounting, the Board 65 can be placed on an optional mobile stand, effortlessly moving from space to space. Board 65 is thoughtfully designed to make meeting and whiteboarding comfortable and inclusive for all.
